Many businesses struggle with regular labor law posting compliance. Labor law postings are mandated by both federal and state governments, with some states requiring up to 20 posters. It’s impossible for employers to comply with labor law regulations with the ‘post and forget’ method – postings change regularly. In fact, there have been over 240 mandatory changes across the United States within the past five years. Failure to comply with posting regulations may result in citations, fines and lawsuits. However, businesses don’t receive posting alerts from government agencies about new posting updates.
