Rehabilitation physiotherapy uses hands-on treatments combined with innovative techniques to speed up recovery from injury, illness and chronic pain.

Most Canadians suffer from at least one risk factor for heart disease and 50 percent have at least one chronic health problem. 4 out of 5 live with lower back pain and 11 million cases of musculoskeletal disorders are reported annually.

Rehabilitation physiotherapy helps patients of all ages live a healthier, more active life. They use a wide variety of treatments including:

  • Orthopedics and Neurology
  • Palliative Care for those suffering from cancer and non-malignant illness
  • Sports Rehab
  • Cardio-respiratory Physiotherapy

You will first be scheduled for an initial appointment to assess your condition which will take about an hour. If you have reports and other information about your condition you can bring them to your appointment. You will then be provided with a treatment plan. The number of appointments required will depend on the severity of your condition.
