Audiences have moved to digital platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Both participants and organizers benefit from the time and money savings they get from online webinars. Webinars also make events more accessible.
Despite these benefits, there are some challenges to digital events. Hybrid events can have a hard time integrating audiences. “Zoom fatigue” and glitches plague frequent video callers.
